Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PRF

The PowerShares FTSE RAFI US 1000 Portfolio ETF (PRF) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 509,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 147,000.  Shares of PRF were off about 0.6% on the day.
